We purchased exactly what we needed and came away with some extras we had not thought about (pillows / covers etc) Emma was very helpful throughout our visit to the Hereford store and knowledgeable when we asked about things.

Excellent service by Donna at the Hereford store. She knew straight away what I was looking for even though the bed frame I wanted was not on display. Only downside is not being given a delivery date.
