Very helpful, friendly ,informative sales assistant, good product knowledge and very friendly approach. Felt very safe in the shop with reassuring efficient use of PPE and hand hygiene. Will definitely return to the Hereford branch of Dreams

Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The sleep machine was great - helped us focus on what was best for us. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive mattress, and when it came to choosing the base, the manager was extremely honest with us. The staff also dealt with some extremely rude customers who were refusing to use the hand sanitiser. The staff remained courteous in the face of some really rude and unnecessary behaviour.

staff were friendly - especially Chris who was amazing! Her product knowledge was brilliant, she asked what my budget was and worked around it. Offered additional items and warrantees but wasn't forceful or pushy at all! Chris is a credit to your company!
