There was a happy atmosphere in the store generally - all staff spoke to me in passing. Lucy who dealt with me, allowed me to try out the bed that assesses the firmness of mattress required, what I appreciated is that she left me to go through this process un interrupted, so I could concentrate on the feel of the experience. There was the option to try as many beds as I wished. Once seated for the paperwork, I was offered a drink. Everything was explained to me, regarding the order, delivery, collection of my old mattress etc. I did not need to ask anything. The only thing I might have done, is placed the bin for discarded PPE in a diffent place or maybe have a couple of bins, as I had to walk back through the store to deposit it
