Extremely helpful assistant Sandy E in Hereford who was not at all pushy but knowledgeable around the product. Also the machine used to gauge which level of firmness of mattress we needed was amazing. Very impressed that we were able to be advised through scientific method. Really satisfied with service which was excellent and efficient.
