The sales assistant called Lucy was a absolute pleasure. She was very helpful and understanding of my needs,from when we arrived at store to leaving we were treating with complete kindness. Lucy could not of done enough for us and the two other members of staff were very friendly.

It was easy to book an appointment online, the store was exceptionally clean and lots of social distancing and health & safety measures in place. We used the sleep match facility which was brilliant and helped us immensely. The assistant, Chris, was very helpful, patient and friendly and her advice was excellent. We were able to take our time and felt comfortable in store. We would highly recommend visiting the Hereford store.
