Sandy , Emma and I think Louise were great . Sandy was fantastic , she so helpful and we felt nothing was to much trouble .

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Also very knowledgeable with the products. Social distancing was adhered to and even though I had my little boy with me (18months) the staff made me feel at ease that as long as he wasn’t jumping on all the beds they could easily spray the items he touched while I was busy choosing my bed.

Hand sanitisers on entrance. Greeted by Emma who had a mask on. She maintained safe distancing and protective covers were available for me to put on the beds I tried. We felt very safe in the store. Emma explained everything very well and was friendly and professional. Very pleased with the service.
