From start to finish, everything went so smoothly. I loved the in-store bed that tested my body weight and pressure points as it took all the guess-work out of what I needed. Emma the salesperson, was professional and friendly and I felt well cared for, and my pillows and mattress cover were delivered the following week. These were followed by the delivery of my wonderful Addison mattress a week later, by two lovely chaps who were on time, friendly and efficient. A great service all round.
