Sandra was lovely, knowledgeable and very aware of H&S requirements re C-19. She guided us through the process, using the masterbed machine and discussing other aspects of our requirements. Sandra gave an outstanding demonstration of superior Customer service all the time she was with us (as a fellow retail worker, I know what that looks like!) Oh, and the bottle of chilled water was hugely appreciated!

Made a lot easier by visiting a store in Telford a few days ago. Claire was extremely helpful in helping me choose a mattress, explaining terms and conditions of HP. Ringing around other stores to find out if the bed I wanted was on show in other stores. Emma today was very helpful friendly and informative and explained options to me in more detail. Helped me make the right purchase for me.

We were looking for as bed for our son who has special needs. Your assistant was very helpful and informative.
