We had a great first experience at dreams in Poole. Shaun looked after us throughout the experience, he was polite and friendly and knowledgeable about the products helping us to choose the right bed frame and mattress for us. We were offered water and given time to make our decision and didn’t feel as if he was at all pushy. We will definitely come back to dreams again.
