The sales advisor was very helpful explained everything clearly but did not put any pressure on us to purchase an item. Which made us very comfortable in the store and ended in us placing an order for a bed and mattress

Hannah the assistant who greeted us when we entered the store was very friendly and helpful. I had specific item in mind when I entered the shop but she also showed me other similar products as comparison. Hannah was very knowledgable and helpful and made our experience a very pleasant one.

Knowledgeable staff, not rushed as we went back and forward between bed.

In entering we were greeted but not jumped on. We were able to have a look round. Chris asked if we needed any help. My husband explained what we wanted. We are both tall so curious explained what might be better for us without making us feel stupid. While we looked round for a base we looked Chris made me a cup of tea. When we actually made the purchase he was friendly, clear and helpful. This wasn't an experience I was looking forward to but it was easy, smooth and relaxed.
