Miles did really well and was from the moment we walk into store there to assist us

Was offered assistance + then given time to look before making decision

Chris the salesman was excellent, he gave us sufficient time alone & was ready available as soon as we needed him

Staff gave us the room we needed to make the decisions we needed to make but were available to answer our questions as we had them. We were able to try out the beds to check for comfort and utility.

The gentleman that served me was lovely and very helpful! He helped find the right mattress for me, at the right price and even managed to fit the delivery in for me before Christmas! Looking forward to getting my new mattress next week! I have already recommended a friend to the Poole store.

As soon as we entered a gentleman was there assisting us. Very knowledgeable with no pressure in trying to sell us something that we didn’t need gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss what we required then was there when we needed to ask questions. Was great to be in this store with no pressure at all. Therefore we bought mire than we came in for. Would certainly be our choice of store.

Neal was very patient gave us space to decide. Most helpful and friendly.
