Salesman James very informative. Advised us to try out the testing bed to find out what our requirements were. Explained how the mattress would benefit us. Also very helpful with our choosing a new headboard. We also bought new pillows on his recommendation. Everything was explained to us regarding delivery time etc. A very satisfied purchase. Just waiting now for a good night's sleep!

The assistant listened to the needs of my mum to short list the choices for her as she is unable to try out lots of beds.

Really happy with our visit, hygiene standards were brilliant. Shaun was very polite and friendly, he asked all the right questions and using the sleepmatch machine found our perfect mattress that suits our needs as well as our budget and wasn't pushy at all which was really nice. He was very knowledgeable with the products and answered any questions asked.
