Very impressed with the way the best mattress was selected for the way we sleep and accounting for bad backs etc. A great selection of divans with storage and headboards on offer. Good flexibility on finance for spreading the cost. Really looking forward to our new bed arriving end of August!

We bought our bed at the Poole Branch where we were assisted in our purchase by your Staff Member Camil-Christian. He was very knowledgeable about the products you have and spoke to us in a nice friendly manner and is a credit to your company.

It was a pleasure from start to finish. I phoned beforehand to ask what the procedure was, and was told to ask for Chris at the Poole Branch . When I entered Chris came straight over to me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and guided me straight away to the perfect mattress which met my needs. The paperwork was completed quickly. If I need another mattress or bed I will come straight to Dreams again and will not hunt around other retailers. I will tell my friends to do the same, because Dreams gave me excellent value and excellent service. Thank you very much indeed.
