Upon arrival at the store, we were asked if we needed any help and allowed to peruse the vast array of beds Dreams have on offer. Once we had made our decision, we were introduced to the Dreams Sleepmatch technology for help on deciding which mattress would be suitable for both my husband and myself; my husband suffers with neck and lower back pain, whereas I have no issues. Once the test results were complete, we were given a selection of mattresses to try out. Being a little old fashioned, our first choice was a mattress with pocket springs rather than the memory foam and were a little hesitant to try it, but oh what a difference! The Sales person was very good at answering all the questions we raised and made us feel relaxed, nothing was too much trouble, even allowing us to try the mattresses more than once. A very pleasant experience.

Upon entry we were greeted and made aware of safety measures for COVID 19 and offered help if we needed it. We were offered and guided through the sleep simulator to choose a mattress best suited for us.We were shown a variety of mattresses across the price range the store advisor was relaxed, knowledgable and proffessional all the way through our visit to the store. Placing an order was easy, paying options were explained, our details were double checked in a quiet, discete way and delivery dates/availability were explained clearly. We would have liked to receive our mattress asap and the 8 week wait is what it is. We feel confident and happy with our purchase and the advise given in store was just right, Thank you.

Very impressed with the way the best mattress was selected for the way we sleep and accounting for bad backs etc. A great selection of divans with storage and headboards on offer. Good flexibility on finance for spreading the cost. Really looking forward to our new bed arriving end of August!
