Good service and sales assistant understood what I required. Shame the bed I required in the colour I wanted was unavailable and no details when it was. So had to settle for another colour. Good thing is it could be delivered within a week of the order being placed. Have to say the sales assistant did apologize.

Was greeted by Karen as soon as we walked in she was very knowledgable and understood our needs. She spent time with us and we didn’t feel rushed to buy.

Upon arrival at the store, we were asked if we needed any help and allowed to peruse the vast array of beds Dreams have on offer. Once we had made our decision, we were introduced to the Dreams Sleepmatch technology for help on deciding which mattress would be suitable for both my husband and myself; my husband suffers with neck and lower back pain, whereas I have no issues. Once the test results were complete, we were given a selection of mattresses to try out. Being a little old fashioned, our first choice was a mattress with pocket springs rather than the memory foam and were a little hesitant to try it, but oh what a difference! The Sales person was very good at answering all the questions we raised and made us feel relaxed, nothing was too much trouble, even allowing us to try the mattresses more than once. A very pleasant experience.
