When we entered the store, we were reassured by Covid measures. A member of staff promptly came and introduced themselves. They were polite and attentive throughout. We were set up with the magic bed assessment machine and the results were explained clearly. The assistant then showed us a number of matched mattresses, answered all of our questions clearly, was not pushy, but rather very personable, and gave us space to work out what we wanted, having been provided with all the information well explained. We had no issues in store, and the assistant did an excellent job attending to our needs. Happy customers.
