As soon as we arrived in store Shaun, Dreams colleague, was there to help us. He quickly understood our requirements and guided us to the Dreams Sleepmatch machine. We were so impressed with the technology whilst maintaining covid safe precautions. The sleepmatch machine directed us to the best mattresses for us, saving time and ensuring the selection we chose form were best suited to us physically and according to sleeping position too. As it was a really hot day and we, and our young children, were all wearing face covers Shaun provided us each with ice cold bottles of water which were so gratefully received. We felt really looked after during our visit and nothing was too much trouble. Shaun's product knowledge was great and he was able to advise us on all the available choices. the purchase process was quick and easy and the delivery time a speedy 19 days!!! We also booked assembly and removal of our old bed so the entire process end to end will be as easy as possible.

We were assisted by Miles. He was patient and always there for us when we had a question about a product. Miles was friendly and very helpful.

Upon entry, staff member Miles was there too help. He was very patient and courteous. After we had our Sleep match, we were shown the beds ideally suited to us. The first mattress shown turned out to be the one we purchased.
