Very knowledgable sales guy Myles helped is out. Our sleeping positions were analysed by the computerised system to advise on sevetal beds which we were able to try out.

The staff were friendly and very knowlledgeable and left us alone to try out the mattresses once we had had the assessment on the bed machine.

The colleague was very nice and gentle, it gave a very nice welcome offering us hand sanitiser gel plus gloves to give us more safety, I can’t relent this name but it’s fair that he get this feedback so I’m gonna I say that I bought my mattress down Poole store on Wednesday the 19th August between 4pm/5pm so maybe he’ll get that. It was very competent about always ready to help and give me the right information

The sales assistant was so nice and caring. He was happy to let us look round and let him know when we found something we wanted to try.
