The chap we dealt with (Chris) was very knowledgeable without being pushy. He encouraged us to try different mattresses and explained the differences without it all being too overwhelming for us.

We were extremely satisfied with our experience in your store. From the moment we entered and was met by Karen who was professional, friendly, informative regarding the products in the store, and gave us all the time we needed to make a choice of bed after showing us all the options available.
