He introduced us to the sleep machine (sorry can’t remember the name of it) and talked us through what it did and what we as customers would get out of the experience. Once the results came up he talked us through what they were and what that meant to us as customers. He then used his knowledge to help guide us through and pick a suitable bed for us.

The chap we dealt with (Chris) was very knowledgeable without being pushy. He encouraged us to try different mattresses and explained the differences without it all being too overwhelming for us.
