The store is extremely clean and welcoming. The displays are distanced well to choose. Miles was able to explain the difference in the products we were interested in, with a really good knowledge of the product.

We had a very good experience in the store. The assistant Miles was so very helpful and directed us to exactly what we were looking for. We had to go home and do some measuring and returned 2 days later and the same assistant Miles served us and remembered everything from our 1st visit. We are very satisfied customers thank you.

Neil was very supportive answering all our questions and was welcoming and happy to help. Entire team were welcoming.

Health and safety was apparent from the alcohol gel at the door and all staff wearing facemasks. Staff greeted us and offered assistance. There was a special bed that recommended mattresses based on weight, body size and sleep position. This prices was well explained by staff. We were then guided to mattresses that were suggested, with description on these given and questions answered by knowledgeable staff. Other matresses were also considered and on selection of a mattress the purchasing procedure including warranty and delivery was offered and explained.

James helped us find the most ideal bed and mattress, listening to our needs and finally settling for the perfect match for us both. He was so patient and his knowledge of the products and guarantees advice helped us make the right choice.

The assistant was aware of us as soon as we arrived and came to see if we needed help. He made us aware of the sleep analysis machine and used it to give us the information needed to help us decide. As well as helping he also gave us space to decide what we wanted before processing our order. The customer experience everyone wants.

We were looked after from the time we arrived, we were put onto the scanning machine, then We were shown all our mattress options in the range of our scan. We were shown many mattresses, we were allowed our own pillows to carry to each bed and a cover for the pillow which made you feel very safe health wise. The dreams assistant was very good with us despite us going backwards and forwards trying to find the right one, nothing seem to be too much trouble, and he was polite and courteous at all times. He put us at ease and made the experience a good one.
