The shop assistant was a credit to your company and deserves recognition. She was well presented, smart without formality. She was knowledgeable about your products, manufacture process etc. She was an ambassador for your sales team.

We had a great visit to Dreams Poole - Miles was very helpful from the get go, and he got us to use the snazzy machine that measured what mattress style was suited to my partner and I. He helped us find the right mattress for us - we were super happy to be able to test them and still remain safe during the pandemic, Miles let us take our time and go back and forth whilst we were finding the perfect match. Overall we had a fab trip and came away with exactly what we wanted.
