I went to Dreams in Poole twice. First time was to get an idea of what I can get and how much it would cost and the second - to purchase. Miles was the one who was looking after me, he was extremely friendly and helpful. He suggested my partner and I to do the SleepMatch mattress recommendation and it was an interesting experience, helped us understand which mattress would be good for both of us. I ended up buying one of the recommended mattress.

The shop assistant was a credit to your company and deserves recognition. She was well presented, smart without formality. She was knowledgeable about your products, manufacture process etc. She was an ambassador for your sales team.
