I was approached by a Dreams salesperson as soon as I entered the store. I described what I was looking for - he took me straight to the product. I had an excellent cup of tea whilst placing the order, which was quick and easy to do. My only gripe, if you can call it that, is that I have to wait until the end of November for delivery.
