I was highly satisfied as my husband and I were greeted on arrival by a very friendly and helpful member of staff whose name I believe was Miles. He was very attentive to our needs and could not have done anymore for us. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly seek out Miles again in the future.

The service we were given was just what we required. We were shown a wide range of items and advised as we needed.

Professional, friendly assistant. Listened to what I wanted and added suggestions for me to consider. I was offered a drink and toilet facilities were available to me. I never felt rushed and nothing seemed to be a problem for the man who was helping me. EXEMPLARY SERVICE from the assistant.

No Fuss, good listening skill and direct action to identify mattresses that fitted our needs.

We knew what we wanted but the salesman really helped us make the right decision. It was great to be able to test the mattresses which was fun. We even bought some amazing new pillows as out salesman recommended them. Can't wait for our new beds to arrive.

Customer Service: No additional charges such as delivery fees added later. I appreciate they're in the price but it's very nice not to have them added later. The Customer rep Andrew was very friendly based on information rather than a hard sell. Free coffee and drink whilst we ordered. Very nice customer experience from start to finish
