We had the sleep test, it was great to know how we slept. We were given a choice of mattresses from that test. Everything was explained to us really well and Emily knew her stuff. we were offered tea, coffee or water during our visit. Social distancing was good, and couch roll was placed on the bed for our protection and for others.

The assistant Emily, was super knowledgable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt that we were in safe hands. She listened to our requirements and guided us to the perfect purchase.

Miles the customer advisor was outstanding,really helpful. We had to go in the next day and change the order as the bed we purchased wouldn't fit in our room properly, it was too long. Miles once again sorted it all out for us and we chose an alternative bed
