The guy in the store was really helpful and gave us plenty of time to choose the items I wanted , we tried various mattresses again and again until I was sure it was the package I wanted. It was also quiet as quite near closing time. He explained everything really well and I could understand him easily

We were greeted as soon as we arrived in store, given support to choose a bed and mattress. The sales person was highly informed about products and able to advise without being at all pushy. He gave us time to try different mattresses, answering all our questions.

The assistant was fantastic. He gave us enough attention without being overbearing and enough space to make our own decisions without feeling pressured. We also used the sleep machine which guided us to the better mattresses for us.

My partner & I were pleased & satisfied with the service we received from your sales person namely 'Miles' at you POOLE, Dorset branch. Throughout the 2 visits we made over a 2 day period he was very professional, friendly & knowledgeable on the products in store & also the ones to satisfy our person needs. On completion of our order he went through everything to the final detail before completing the money side of the transaction. PS,he also makes a rather good cup of coffee..........
