The sales associate Karen gave an excellent service her knowledge and understanding was top notch and she was very polite patient and definitely understanding of my needs as I have some disabilities and due to the sheer size of me I believe I got the right mattress for a change

I was very impressed with Miles who took time showing me the beds and allowing me to try out the mattresses. Miles explained everything clearly and gave me plenty of time with no pressure. He was very helpful and pleasant. I could not have asked for nicer service. The sanitising station was impressive and all staff were attentive and acknowledged us on arrival. All in all a good experience.

I was very impressed with Miles who took time showing me the beds and allowing me to try out the mattresses. Miles explained everything clearly and gave me plenty of time with no pressure.
