We visited the Poole store and were assisted by Chris, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and was not pushing us to buy. He left us to try the bed after explaining everything that particular mattress provides which meant we were comfortable discussing pros and cons without him overlooking us. His approach to how he dealt with us definitely helped with the sale!

On entering the store we were stuck by it cleanliness, the information about Civid social distancing and hand sanitizer provided. We were met by Emily who we found to be very pleasant, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, we were also offered a bottle of water which was a lovely gesture. Emily looked after us during the who process from offering us the use of bed which assesses your needs and advices the type of mattress best suited. to completion of our purchase.
