The advisor Chris was very helpful in helping us select the right product for our needs. Being in sales myself, he adopted the “non pushy” sales technique which I think a lot of people appreciate these days. Which is why we went back there even though we could have saved a few ££’s at an alternative retailer

The assistant, Christian, was welcoming and friendly and very helpful. He wasn't over attentive which gave us time to browse and discuss and he was on hand to answer the questions we had demonstrating a solid knowledge of the products we were talking about. He also gave us advice about the pillows we were looking at and overall gave us such a good service that we decided not to go home and think it over but to order there and then. Definitely an outstanding DREAMS employee! Now hopefully the product will be as good and similar quality as the shop experience.

The sales assistant was very pleasant, engaging and informative, but not patronising or overly familiar. He was very knowledgeable regarding the whole range and suitability for us.

The service we received was very good, the member of staff who served us was friendly, polite and helpful.

The woman helping us was knowledgable but not pushy. She showed us options across a range and explained the differences.

Overall very good service

Andrew was very helpful from the moment we arrived in the store. He encouraged us to try out several mattresses and once we'd narrowed the list down to final two suggested we try them a couple of times. We are now looking forward to the arrival of our new mattress.

Shaun was on hand to assist in finding the right bed based on our search criteria and we were looked after throughout. Easy purchase experience and excellent service all round.

because we were in and out quick, I knew exactly what I wanted, just totally shocked at what it cost! Hate shopping around and around in circles just to end up where you started. Have used dreams before and know they have the best visible choices in the area, no looking at catalogues, sample booklets or computer screens.
