It was a very busy Sunday afternoon and we were looking to buy a double mattress from your clearance area . The female sales assistant was so helpful and friendly and we bought what we wanted quickly . She went and grabbed a trolley and helped us throw it on the back of our vehicle . I was impressed with the customer service especialy as it was so busy due to the shops being shut this Thursday .

Andrew welcomed us into the store, helped us through the process of choosing a new mattress. Was knowledgeable about all products, providing us with information to make the right choice for us. He gave us space when we needed to make our final choice. He helped with accessories to go with our purchase. Payment and delivery was clearly explained, with the option of extra cover for our mattress. He gave us excellent customer service. Covid guidelines were followed and we felt safe in store.
