We were served by miles. Mike’s was incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgable. Just all round brilliant customer service from him. In fact, he was one of the reasons we bought the tempur mattress in the day there and then. Non pushy, just a really nice chap.

I was greeted as soon as i walked into the store by a woman named Emily (in the Poole Wessex gate store) she asked what I was looking for and showed me the perfect mattress straight away, I tried one other after but went for the first choice which was exceptional! She made the visit so comfortable and was very knowledgable

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and immediately felt very welcome in the store. Emily was very professional and very friendly and helpful and explained everything we needed to know about the beds we were trying. She allowed us to take as much time as we needed and we did not feel under any pressure atall. Overall we were very pleased with everything.

The assistant, Chris was subtle- he was around when I needed to ask him questions but also allowed me space to do measurements, think things over and gather my head! He was great. The fact that I could see the product was very helpful- it wasn't available to look at in the Bournemouth store. I came in the midweek and the store was safe and quiet with assistance on offer but not pushed.

Sales lady (Emily, Poole branch) was very welcoming, helpful, enthusiastic and had excellent product knowledge.
