The sales representative Chris was friendly and approachable. He understood and helped me find the bed with the specification that I was looking for. He offered me refreshment, and then gave me time to try different mattresses and browse swatches. He was not too pushy.

I was approached by a member of staff, Miles, almost immediately on entering the store, no waiting or walking around trying to find someone to help us. He was very knowledgeable & helpful. We found what we wanted very quickly & it was in stock so could take it home straight away.
