Chris /salesman met me as I came into the store, Made sure I used sanitizer- , very reassuring!! Listened to my request and very quick to show me the products I requested, Ideally wanted a stock item, but realised unlikely!! However Chris was very quick to check stock , computer and confirm an order to be delivered within a week!! Fantastic. Probably not his biggest order if the day!! But I will recommend and return. Thank you Chris in these very difficult, challenging times .

The sales representative Chris was friendly and approachable. He understood and helped me find the bed with the specification that I was looking for. He offered me refreshment, and then gave me time to try different mattresses and browse swatches. He was not too pushy.
