The store agent was knowledgeable and competent, his attitude was helpful and he was prepared to wait whilst I visited my bank to transfer funds, when I returned he was all set to complete our order.

Polite, courteous, friendly sales advisor. Good knowledge and advise given. No pressure to hurry or make decision. Lots of time given to try recommended mattresses.

Andrew was a brilliant salesperson, told us all info we needed, told us products in our budget, spent a decent amount of time with us and understood our needs, which is very important considering my partner has severe asthma and allergies.

We recently purchased a new mattress from a competitor of Dreams. Sadly although it was an expensive mattress we have not felt it met our needs. As we have used Dreams before went back again and met by Neal at the Poole store who went out of his way to understand what we didn't like about our new mattress and what we really wanted. He then showed us different ranges that might meet our needs. We spent a good deal of time trying out beds and options on pillows etc and ended up choosing a super kingsize divan and firm tempur mattress with mattress protector.
