Visited Poole store an assistant called Miles assistanted us he was brilliant knew is stuff really friendly and helpful

Emily was very knowledgeable and presented us with different options. She asked questions to find the best bed for us and allowed us time to think about the different solutions.

We met a young man called Miles, he was friendly, helpful, knew his products. We felt at ease, he didn’t rush us, felt like the personal touch. We were offered a drink, allowed to try . We didn’t buy the 1st visit, but on returning went to Miles again and he again went through everything and always had a smile. We purchased an expensive product but felt it was best for us on his advice. Would definitely go back to him again.

We were served by two males. The first made sure we had a good sleep match experience. The second, Miles, made sure we were not rushed, took time to understand our needs, what our individual issues with aches and pains were and gave pertinent info about the different mattresses tried. There was a big queue outside and from entry to placing our order we were treated respectfully and professionally.

I think the assistants name was Miles. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. Once I had chosen the mattress I wanted, the payment process was very quick and I was surprised at how quick the delivery would be. My mattress arrived yesterday and having had ongoing back problems, the mattress that "Miles" recommended ensured the most comfortable night I have had in a long time. Thank you.
