Never felt more cared for and welcome in a shop, the gentlemen that served me and my partner was very helpful and really tried to give us the best possible goods for our price range, the build quality of the bed frame seemed to be of excellent standard overall a really good experience and will certainly visit dreams again withough hesitation

We were met at the door and had all the covid rules explained quickly and clearly, the shop assistant was really helpful and made us feel very welcome, the cleanliness of the store was at a very high standard, staff were friendly and had a good knowledge of the products, would use dreams again.

Miles was absolutely brilliant, he greeted us at the door and really got to grips with our requirements. He was really patient as we tried out several mattresses and he explained the benefits of each. We final choose a mattress from the clearance section that we could take away that day.

Very helpful, left us on our own to decide rather than hovering over us. Good sense of humour but remained professional

Emily was really friendly and helpful in the Poole store. We were guided to a bed we found online without hesitation, and then offered help without being over powering. Given time to think and try out a few mattresses, we then got Emily's attention again with ease to complete the order.

Miles the sales assistants was very helpfully with what we were looking for and very knowledgeable about the products. Was also very helpful as we are looking to purchase a 2nd sofa bed and said could have what we are looking in the future.

Staff were helpful, and did not put any pressure on time spent working out what suited us best. Clear simple guidances through purchase, happy to receive within a week considering Covid. Pleasant staff...
