Chris, your sales assistant was very helpful and patient. We didn’t know what grade of mattress we wanted and he was very helpful in taking us to various ones to try. This was difficult and time consuming as my Wife is a stroke survivor and has quite severe mobility problems. But he was not at all bothered and continued to help us. Thanks Chris

Miles was fantastic. Approached when we walked with friendly greeting. Asked if we needed help or if we were just browsing. Wasn’t pushy at all. Let us browse at first alone then come straight to us when requested. His customer service skills were excellent as well as his product knowledge. Made us feel welcome and comfortable whilst in store. Credit to your team

We were highly satisfied with the salesman as he was very helpful and not overwhelming, the only criticism we had was that there were only 2 sales assistance and quite a few customers in the store. both the assistance on the floor were doing a very good job.

Was greeted by Emily on arrival, who offered help, she was happy to let us browse alone and when we needed help she provided assistance

Emily was very knowledgeable. Gave us assistance when needed, also gave us space to wander round, without being pushy. We were offered a beverage whilst we completed our purchase and given a free mattress cover.

Very welcoming and attentive from the time we entered the shop. Very helpful in indicating the products we were interested in and knowledgeable about those we liked. Easy and speedy selection and check-out with really short delivery date. Very professional throughout.

The young man that who served me was extremely helpful and did not try to rush me into a sale. A pleasant experience.
