I was greeted by an assistant who was masked and could tell he was smiling and straight away asked how he could help me. After carefully listening to me I progressed to the 3 minute bed test which I was extremely impressed with and which helped me enormously with my search for a new mattress.

Return customer who is very satisfied with the product bought previously so didn't see the need to shop elsewhere.
