Emily (Poole Store) was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful throughout our visit.

The cordial welcome we received was appreciated and once we had explained to us the different matress and brands we were left to look around at leisure when we wanted assistance I asked for it and we were given the information we needed. When we placed our order I did say to MILES that he was very helpful and also explained fully paying for it and choice of delivery dates we also took out the insurance for 8 years..at no time were we pressurised into buying and I actually said to MILES that was the reason that he got the order and Dreams as such. He was there when we needed assistance but did not badger, follow us round, and give us pressure. I was extremely impressed with him and your shop as such.

Nothing was to much trouble for the male salesman to handle He took me through all the items with ease and the paperwork

I was very worried about choosing a mattress as I wanted to pick the right one as my one is giving me awful back pains. I went in on 3 separate occasions and saw the same person as Emily was amazing and so lovely to deal with and she didn’t rush me and listened to everything I needed , even the daft requests (spider proof bed frame) , Im so excited for my bed coming as is my daughter and also happy to hear if I’m not happy in 40 days I can return the mattress for another .

The lady who dealt with us, Emily was excellent. She was most professional, patient and understanding. Emily spent a lot of time with us, answering questions providing different options and generally being most helpful. Emily has a most calming way about her putting you at ease. A true asset to the store.

Shawn was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable - we had specific requirements and he took the time to understand these and appreciate them. He encouraged us to try as many mattresses as possible (armed with our protected pillows, to ensure hygiene regulations) and he answered all the many questions we fired at him. He didn't try to push the more expensive options either, but helped us find something right for us and our budget.

The service was great. We got what we wanted. The sales assistant was very good and polite

Good salesman , listened to our needs and showed us a good variety and didn’t try to sell us the dearest option first

first class service ...knowledgable staff..and hopefully the product will be perfect for us. disappointed with delay for delivery but understand goods made to order.
