The man that served us was very unfriendly didn't pay attention to our comments was looking around at other people in the store I .e some children running around . No conversation was made he looked very fed up and not enjoying his job at all . He should not work with the public if he can't look a bit more interested 😠

When ordering the bed frame, I was never asked if I would like to add assembly of the bed to my order (at an additional cost), it was addd by the member of staff. Now whether I was being judged or whether they were trying to get more money out of me. Either way it was extremely disappointing and nearly caused me to cancel my order and leave the store. If it is an additional service then ask the customer if they would like to add it to their order!

Firstly the store was very clean and there was plenty of choice, too much perhaps. We were offered help almost immediately and were directed to the test bed. We had to give information in particular about painful areas. He entered shoulder and (upper) back pain. I had told him that I didn't want a firm bed and I don't like memory foam either. The machine came up with a firmness level in the lower range of firm which clearly didn't match what I was expecting. I noticed the list of suggestions included Silent night which I have had before. We tried a few mattresses and the first were too firm, we got to another Silent Night and that was better, in the medium range I think. I then mentioned the Farrington which shouldn't get as hot as a memory foam mattress so we went along and tried one of those. In the store it felt that bit softer than the others so we went for it. All was well with the delivery but the first night on the new mattress felt like it was too firm though it was better than my previous firm mattress and the later memory foam one.

The staff on duty were sympathetic to the issue but needed to refer to the manager, who was not available. In the end, because we live at some distance, we had to pay an extra £140 on top of the display price to purchase the item, as displayed, because one of the mattresses was more expensive (though had not even a price tag). We feel extremely disappointed that this was such a misleading and unfair experience and would have purchased elsewhere, time permitting. We would like you to offer compensation for this.

came in store choose a product . said it was all in stock avalible and we would receive a text on Wednesday for delievery Thursday. to then receive a text saying a month later. I called the store and the man was not helpful and couldn't relaise what happened . so then had to visit and he could not confess he got it wrong, I am disgusted

When I entered the store I was not acknowledged or asked if I wanted assistance despite being the only customer in the shop. I approached a salesperson to ask where single mattresses were and told to go upstairs. I looked at them for about 15-20 mins and needed to ask so e questions and have some help to select one but at no time did anyone ask if we needed help or come upstairs with us. The only reason I purchased a mattress was because they were available to take away there and then and I wouldn't have to organise delivery. If I hadn't seen this on my way out of the store I would have left without making a purchase as the staff were so unhelpful. They were, however, able to answer my questions during the purchase.

Ok the lady that originally greeted us was professional and. Very helpful, she gave us information and left us to try the beds, when we were ready toile a pic jade she was busy with other customers.the 3 maile sales people were still chatting together ignoring customers when one finally took the hint that yes we wanted some help he left his (friends) he smelt badly of bo .. The the was the only professional in the place

I felt the 'sale' was rushed and the delivery waiting time explanation was poor. We were told average delivery was two weeks then given a 3 week time slot which then had changed by the time the order had been processed. I expressed my disappointment with this and we were told 'I did mention at the beginining it was a live system' - there were three of us present and we do not recall him saying this.
