Visited store so I could view and buy headboard. Headboard I wanted was not stocked in store. Had to order and pay delivery charge. Not happy.

IT issue has meant I do not have a date for my bed frame delivery, still awaiting call back. Will now call the store myself to find out what is going on.

The shop experience was good and Christian was most helpful. The delivery experience was another thing. I was told that I would get a call about delivery on the morning, which I did. They said my delivery was going to be between 2 and 4pm. I said this was unsuitable as I had to go out and they said they would call again at about 12 o'clock. This meant I wasted the whole morning when I wanted to go out. Eventually they arrived around 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The two guys said this was the last drop off of the day. Thanks dreams - I need to replace another bed but wont be using your company. If you cant say whether delivery is going to be am or pm thats no good to me.

Why does it take so long to get the item delivered? We are in the age of next day delivery, do you have the headboards made to order in Vietnam??

I felt the delivery charge was very over priced, especially when you couldn't pick a morning or afternoon slot.

We went because we saw the advert HALF PRICE but when we were in store we were informed it was 'up to half price' with hardly anything actually being half price. very misleading!!

The fact that you charge for delivery when you have no choice, and if I order online I could get delivery for free when booking you to assemble the bed

The staff were over stretch but made sure they spoke to us to explain they were dealing with someone and would come back to us, which they did. However although the Poole Dreams is quite a large store there are only 2 computers and 1 of them had a problem with printing the paperwork which the staff had to spend a lot of time to fix so in effect this meant only 1 computer was actually working. We had to wait an awful long time to place our order and my husband wanted to leave at one point and see if we could order online instead. Again the staff were attentive and apologetic and offered coffee etc but there efforts to be effective were severely hampered by only have 2 computers between the whole staff, 1 of which wasn't working!

I was given a range of prices for the same product. Then I was told if I purchased the bed I would get pillows and duvets for 50% off then when i added them they apologised and said they couldn't give me 50% off because they didn't know how to put it through on the system and then finally was told there was no deposit and when it came through I had to pay a deposit which wasn't a problem but I'd been told differently. To be honest it was a joke from start to finish with 3 different employees telling me different things.
