Customer service slow to react. We had to go down and ask assistant to buy a bed when I feel they should have anticipated when to approach us and ask if we needed any help

Did not receive the 2 free pillows with the mattress l purchased. Will have to return to store to bring this issue up. Only remembered about them once l had left the store.

The representative was new and was not sure about how to place an order , I think someone should of been with her to help , also got the wrong address so disappointed, and due to her being new the sale took long time, but on the other hand she was very polite and helpful

Nobody came to explain the system, we worked it out for ourself. There was a que of people and the process took some time. I have to divulge my personal details verbally, everybody waiting or at the next desk managed to get everything.
