The overall cost of the bed was a it more than would have like to have paid. We could not get the bed delivered on the exact day we wanted.

I can never be highly satisfied after spending that amount of money....

there was a up to half price sale, however not all items and the mattress' I like were not half price and too expensive

The beds with pop up tvs did not have a selection of specs for the tvs, this is a key option in today's wifi smart DNla tvs, if this was availible we would have also bought a bed.

The overall experience was very good and the staff were very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Our only problem was the length of time we had to wait to place the order. We had to wait at least 30 minutes for someone to complete a credit arrangement before we could place our order. The problem appeared to be that there were only 2 computers, both of which were occupied.

I was pleased that the sales assistants were not too overbearing. I was made aware that staff were available to assist, but I was not 'stalked' while I was browsing. And it was a nice touch, offering a tea/coffee.

I was very satisfied , i know i could have bought on line cheaper . however i like to sample the product.

Price mainly but hopefully paid more for a better quality product.

I was not informed of the terms and conditions.... one being that you couldnt cancel the order once placed.
