I would like to have purchased a mid sleeper with storage at the same time as my mattress but there was not one available

Was disappointed that the delivery fee was not made clear until after deciding as you have to have it delivered so would make sense to include it in the price

Longer delivery time on mattress than expected. Won't be delivered until 11 December.

I was satisfied with my experience, I did feel the cost of delivery and removal of existing mattress was very expensive

Service from Helen @ Poole store was fantastic ...its just annoying we had to wait so long to get served. Dreams have a big sale, spent millions on advertising in press and TV & yet there are insufficient staff available to serve customers and provide a 'world class service'.

We were satisfied with the service .

I have an immediate requirement for 3 beds. No delivery date could be provided at the time of the order being placed and I am yet to receive a phone call updating me of the situation or advising me of a delivery date.

the staff at the poole store were very knowledgeable and helpfull, as an owner of a retail business I was amazed that you only have two terminals for your staff to work from. we had to wait a considerable amount of time to have our order processed the staff were very frustrated but professional as they had people walking out of the store as they didn't want to wait.

Quite busy in store at time, so had to wait a bit to be served, but generally pleased with everything else. Only complaint was had 20% off for that day but have to pay £40 for delivery which we have our own van which we would have been happy to pick up and save that money.

I ordered an item for future delivery. Naturally I cannot be highly satisfied until the item is delivered and I find it OK.
