I always want more. If we got a bigger discount, then this would have helped, bearing in mind our outlay.

It was 7pm. I guess the 1 and only assisstant was a bit tired and it was friday so he was no doubt eagerly awaiting the weekend, nothing wrong with that but my husband and I were slightly suprised the salesman didn't know March is national bed month, he was a bit sarcastic too.

It a product I have to have, found the price of beds not just yours, far more expensive than I thought. The service was good.

Very busy and not enough order points so customers had to wait to place orders for 10 minutes or so

It wasn't a problem as such, more a general complaint - we ordered a futon bed at £319 which was a great deal and we were happy with it. When we ordered it there turned out to be a £39 delivery charge. Which I wasn't expecting so it annoyed me a bit. I am happy with the price of £358 which we have paid but feel the delivery charge should be included in the price up front since there is no way to not pay it.

The store manager was allegedly only able to give me 5% discount, despite the fact that I was able to demonstrate that I could obtain a higher percentage cash back if I ordered from the Dreams website via the Top Cashback website.
