They took too long ordering the product and then had to change it because they weren't aware of what stock they actually had and the manager seemed very grumpy and kept whispering with her colleague that was placing our order which left us feeling awkward and uncomfortable

It was OK but we would like free coffee when shopping as it is a stressful time getting a new mattress and i would like some complementary coffee :)

I was very unhappy with the cost of delivery being one third of the cost of the product that i was purchasing, had i thought about the decision longer then it would have been enough to put me off my purchase completly. If you offered an instore collection i would have been happy to avoid the cost, how can you justify £39 when i am sure you will also be delivering other items on route and know that the cost of petrol and employment would be far less than what i am paying. It feels like you are trying to make an additional sale on top of the purchase but with no value added. May i suggest that you add the delivery charge in to the cost and maybe then tell your customers that the delivery is free?

because I was satisfied. I don't think buying a mattress is ever a brilliant experience due to the cost - but I was satisfied with the good service received and good product purchased.

Able to easily try beds we were interested in during a relaxed visit. Found one we liked and purchased easily at a reasonable price

The store was quite busy and although we were seen by an assistant immediately the order took some time to process as there were only 2 terminals for placing orders

Under staffed. Helen was great, friendly and helpful but was on her own so I had to wait fo around 15 minutes whilst she sold a bed to another family before she could re engage with me.

Thought that the delivery charge was a bit expensive but overall a satisfactory shop
