£39 to deliver a mattress is not value for money, and another £39 to take away the old one is a rip-off. Not satisfied with this and would warn others to be aware.

Range of products quite slim. Linen and accessories very expensive.

The bed I choose the bed nobs were broken , but I still brought the bed and when its was delivered it was fine .

We had a very good experience in store. No particular reason, as with all things, some stand out exceptionally and I have scored Highly Satisfied where I thought things were exceptional.

Very good service and the are staff very helpful. You could just do with more tills to help speed up the service as it was busy. Also from the out side it looks like the store is shut/closed due to the dark Windows.

Order was incorrectly written, I noticed when we received your email confirming our order that your Colleague ordered a small double divan base rather than a double to go with the double mattress. Had we not noticed this we would have received 2 separate sizes & no bed for our visitors. On phoning Dreams this morning they admitted the error ,were most apologetic & called back later to confirm that they had amended our order ,& emailed us at the same time .

I felt the woman that served us although was friendly and knowledgeable, she confused us slightly with the colour coding of the mattresses and also was quite pushy with the mattress insurance, and when we told her we didn't want it, she questioned why we didn't want it and after we explained she then seemed quite offish.

Having to wait around for a sales person. We approached David who was very good. We then went onto look at some other beds but instead of David coming back to us (because he had another customer ) we had to wait for him when other assistants were free. I can only think that this is one of your policies as employees get sales bonuses. As I said David was very polite and knowledgeable.
