At times staff were talking more than listening. Swapped between staff members a couple of times during same visit so went over the same stuff a couple of times. All staff we spoke to were very friendly though

Price promise. Found it cheaper within 5 minutes of returning home. Third off and you had 20% off. Very helpful on live chat (excellent) Refunded difference immediately. Shame for customers not searching further for better price

Nobody was quick to help us with choosing our mattress. Another couple were even given pillows to help them decide. I would have thought that customer service would have been better when you are spending money in large amounts. Even the one who served us did not look that interested.

I bought a product where additional parts were stored in a zipped part of headboard. However it was not obvious or noted anywhere that this was the case. If it had been on front page of instructions it would have saved 4 phone calls to store (only last one answered). If you sell beds you may know this but customer doesn't. However was pleased with david at Poole store and how this was dealt with. Only comment I would make is difficulty of getting someone to answer phone. Lack of staff I assume. Left a message on one phone line but got no call back

General price of items we liked in medium/firm range seemed more expensive than other retailers

It took a lot of time (over 40 min) to complete the required work to place the order - it appears to be a lack of training on the new computer system

I felt that spending such a large amount of money should have had more scope for a discount. bizarrely I think I would have been happier to spend the same amount, but feel like I'd got a better deal!

The price of the item was reasonable but there were a lot of add ons which increased the price of the item quite a bit. Free delivery and free pick up of old bed is often included in price from other stores.

Had to wait awhile to see a representive. Then while we decided on headboard style he was helping another customer so For the final sale we were seen by another representative.
