Although there was a sale price reduction on beds, there was no reduction on mattresses

After getting the lift upstairs to look at childrens beds due to having a pram, we then had to come downstairs to find someone for assistance. Once we had, the experience was fine but just frustrating that no one could be bothered to come upstairs to help us.

Overall service was good except that I was told I was getting 2 free bed shifts however I was charged for one. If it wasn't for that then my experience would have been perfect

We visited the store twice, the first time just to browse and the second time to purchase. We dealt with three members of staff in total. Two of them were absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful. However, we found the third member of staff a little disinterested and lacking the interpersonal skills of the others.

I thought overall the experience of shopping at Dreams was satisfying ! the service was good and the salesman was polite and courteous !

I purchased two elevating single beds some years ago and wanted two mattress to change them. I wanted to purchase ones in the sale but was told they don't do that size in the sales, you have to have the ones for elevating beds only. I wasn't told this when I purchased the beds and just thought I could get two mattresses in the sale to replace them. I'm disabled and on a tight budget so because of my illness I need an elevating bed however you have me over a barrow. I have no choice to find the money. This sort of thing should be made clear when purchasing the beds initially.

The mattresses looked very dirty and extremely worn. This was very off putting when laying on the beds to try them out. I was also worried about the cleanliness of the pillows when putting my head down. Otherwise every thing was excellent.

I thought the store was a bit drab. The lighting should be improved and the quality of the point of sale material should be improved.
